Aim for above the fold
Most people who visit websites spend their time browsing the above the fold content. We’re all guilty of it, and if you make it a point to put your most relevant content and any call to action above the fold your website will be better for it.
Don’t overdo color
Color can be fun. Maybe in a coloring book, but not on a website. Too much color makes your website look childish and hard to look at. Stick to a color scheme with neutrals and only 2-3 different colors.
